What we’re reading/listening to: Focused by Noelle Pikus Pace

We got the book FOCUSED, by Noelle Pikus Pace on cd. She was the U.S. silver medalist in the skeleton at the 2012 Olympics in Sochi.  The book tells about how she overcame great difficulties and about making good choices, choosing good morals over the world’s standards. I loved listening to this in the car with my kids. It was full of great messages that I wanted my kids to learn. They are still young enough that they talked and sang through most of it but after it was over my 5 year old asked if we could listen to it again because she liked it so much.
